REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We take pride in providing high-quality recipe books and related reading materials. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully.

1. Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The book must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the publisher or manufacturer.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital books or downloadable products (eBooks, PDFs, etc.)
  • Gift cards

3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing pages not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you havenโ€™t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company โ€” it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Then contact your bank.

6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced books may be refunded.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same title, send us an email at info@moodybite.com

8. Shipping Returns

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an expensive book, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
