โ Your Calm in a Cup
When your body feels heavy, your skin looks a little tired, and your spiritโs running on low simmer โ itโs time to cool things down, the herbal way.
This isnโt a quick fix; itโs a quiet ritual. One that clears inner heat, calms the mind, and leaves you feeling like morning dew โ light, clear, and beautifully balanced.
Meet the Clear Heat Tea โ a classic floral blend that does exactly what its name promises. It cools, soothes, and renews โ from your skin to your soul.
INGREDIENTS –
(1 pot / 2 large mugs)
- 1 tsp dried licorice root โ gently sweet, it soothes the throat and supports balance from within
- 1 tbsp calendula petals โ bright golden petals that calm irritation and promote skin clarity
- 1 tbsp dried honeysuckle flowers โ known in traditional blends to โclear heatโ and cool the body
- 1 tbsp chrysanthemum flowers โ a refreshing bloom that eases tension and clears the eyes
- 2 cups hot water (around 90ยฐC / just below boiling)
- (Optional) slice of pear or a touch of honey for natural sweetness
How to Brew –
Combine the blossoms.
Add all herbs into a glass teapot or infuser. Give them a light stir โ youโll notice the colors already look like sunshine and calm had a baby.
Pour in warm water.
Cover the herbs with hot (not boiling) water, around 90ยฐC. Too hot, and youโll lose the delicate floral notes.
Steep patiently.
Let the tea rest and bloom for 6โ8 minutes. The water will turn a soft amber-gold, releasing a gentle floral aroma.
Strain and serve.
Pour into your favorite cup. Taste it as it is โ clean, cooling, and faintly sweet. Add honey or pear only if your mood asks for it.
Clear Heat Tea is the herbalistโs answer to โtoo much.โ
Too much heat, too much screen time, too much spicy food, too much stress. It helps the body rebalance โ cooling from within, calming inflammation, and bringing that soft, refreshed glow back to your face.
Sip it in the afternoon when you feel flushed, or at night after a long, heavy meal.
Itโs your gentle reset button โ brewed, not bottled.
