To balance things out, weโre adding roasted asparagus with a touch of melted cheese โ because even veggies deserve a little indulgence.
The Glazed & Cheesy Weeknight Hero
INGREDIENTS :
- 4 chicken breasts (or thighs if youโre anti-dry meat)
- 4 tbsp honey (the sweet glue of dreams)
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard (for that fancy tang)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced (because garlic = happiness)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for searing glory)

Method :
Make the Honey Mustard Love Potion
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme.

Marinate the Chicken
