Ingredients –
- 2 chicken breasts, halved to make 4 thinner cutlets
- ยฝ tsp salt
- ยผ tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4โ5 cloves garlic, minced
- ยฝ cup chicken broth
- ยฝ cup cooking cream
- Juice of ยฝ lemon
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- ยฝ tsp paprika
- Chopped parsley (optional)
Steps –
Season & Sear
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the chicken until golden on both sides. Remove and set aside.
Build the Sauce
In the same pan, melt butter and sautรฉ garlic until fragrant. Add chicken broth and scrape all the brown bits because thatโs pure flavour.
Creamy Magic
Pour in the cooking cream and stir on low heat until thickened. Add lemon juice and zest. Taste and adjustโadd more lemon if your heart says yes.
Finish It Off
