– But Make It Stress-Free
Lasagna is the food equivalent of organizing your wardrobe by colour โ impressive, structured, and strangely therapeutic. Which is hilarious because my actual life? More like unfolded laundry on a chair I swear Iโll handle โlaterโ.
But today, I needed structure. I needed layers. I needed something that reassures me that stacking things neatly can result in something beautiful.
So I made lasagna.
The process is gloriously calming:
Brown the beef.
Layer the sheets.
Spread the cheese.
Repeat.
Repeat.
Suddenly your life feels like it has order.
While I was assembling it, I realised making lasagna is basically DIY edible therapy. You stack problems into tidy layers and drown them with cheese. Works every time.

Even messy beginnings can become satisfying endings โ if you layer things patientlyโฆ and with enough cheese.
